Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sale support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or sales logs.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand offerings and market positioning.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
