Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
o Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and online/offline campaigns.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
o Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
o Present, promote, and sell residential/commercial projects to customers.
o Conduct site visits, explain project features, specifications, legal documents, and pricing.
o Negotiate terms and close deals while achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
o Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
o Provide insights to management for improving sales strategy.
o Assist clients with booking forms, payment schedules, loan/finance coordination, and registration.
o Ensure timely follow-up on pending documentation.
o Coordinate with CRM, legal, and accounts teams for smooth execution of transactions.
o Provide continuous support to clients during and the sales process.
o Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction levels.
o Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
o Achieve individual and team sales goals within deadlines.
o Represent the company at property fairs, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
o Promote projects through digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
