Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, customer-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive. The role involves managing showroom sales, customer interactions, marketing activities, and accurate handling of jewellery inventory/stock. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Customer Handling

Greet and assist customers in selecting gold jewellery based on their needs and preferences. Explain product details, weight, purity, making charges, and certifications clearly. Provide personalised recommendations to enhance customer experience. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the store's revenue goals. Build long-term customer relationships, maintain client data, and encourage repeat business. Handle billing, sales invoices, and customer documentation accurately.
2. Marketing & Promotion

Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns for festive seasons, promotions, and new collection launches. Manage and update social media pages with product images, offers, and engagement posts. Coordinate with the marketing team for photoshoots, branding, and visual merchandising. Support local marketing activities such as stall setups, exhibitions, WhatsApp campaigns, and referral programs.
Track customer feedback and market trends to improve sales strategy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
