Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Explain product features, specifications, and finance options to customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, field visits, and referrals.
Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain proper documentation for sales and delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Stay updated on competitors' products, pricing, and offers.
Ensure high standards of showroom display and customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in
two-wheeler sales
(mandatory).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented approach
