Needs Assessment and Solution Design
: Consult with clients to understand their specific business needs and technical requirements for IT infrastructure. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and propose tailored solutions.
Sales Process Execution
: Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, quotations, and proposals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close sales and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Product Knowledge and Market Awareness
: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest IT hardware (e.g., Dell, HP, Cisco, Microsoft products) and networking trends, brands, and competitive offerings.
Post-Sales Support
: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation, and provide or arrange post-sales technical support and address customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Reporting and Strategy
: Track sales performance metrics, report on pipeline updates, and help develop and implement strategic sales plans.
