Experience:

Sales experience in the printing, packaging, or related manufacturing industries is often mandatory.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar industry

3. Proficient in CRM software and basic computer skills (Excel, Email).

4. Sales & Negotiation:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of printing and packaging techniques, materials, and industry trends.

6. Client Focus:

Ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships.

Technical Aptitude:

Capability to understand technical product details and equipment needs to offer solutions.

A packaging sales executive generates leads, cultivates client relationships, understands customer packaging needs, proposes tailored solutions, negotiates contracts, and closes sales to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include market research, sales presentation, coordination with technical and production teams, and follow-up on payments and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
