About the role: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with on-field marketing experience in the education domain. The ideal candidate will recognize opportunities for selling our products and solutions and be adept at presenting, promoting, and selling to existing and prospective customers. Responsibilities: Take a self-motivated and proactive approach to achieve sales targets. Handle pre-sales, post-sales, and support activities to ensure excellent customer service. Utilize good marketing skills and demonstrate persistence and responsibility in sales efforts. Maintain a positive attitude and build trust with customers. Reach out to the market through cold calls, references, events, and personal meetings. Cultivate and nurture positive business relationships with customers. Schedule client appointments, meetings, and consistently follow sales targets. Create and maintain a comprehensive database of schools and colleges Candidate requirements: Proficiency in English and Regional language. Strong presentation skills and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office. Positive and trustworthy attitude. Willingness to engage in extensive on-field marketing activities. Demonstrated experience in on-field marketing and sales, preferably in the education sector. Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the educational field.
