Job Description

Candidate Spec:

  • Graduate with minimum 2 years' experience in real estate - Residential/commercial project sales.
  • Knowledge of competition, pricing, and market trends.
  • Good market knowledge. Motivated and should be a quick learner.
  • Good Communication Skill (oral & written).
  • Must be presentable & professional.
  • Should know Tamil & English
  • Should be tech savvy & proficient in MS office.
  • Must be willing to travel and sources sales leads
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identifying the Leads for Full Execution projects.
  • Converting prospects into customers. Call leads to fix site visit or set up meeting with the customers.
  • Achieving sales target. Attend to walk-in clients. Negotiating with clients for deal closures.
  • Maintain daily sales report.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
  • Increase business opportunities through various routes. Perform field work for achieving sales.
  • Regular follow ups with the customers.
  • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service.
