Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cake Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing personalized cake design consultations, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery. Your primary objective will be to assist customers in creating their dream cakes for various events and occasions. You will also be responsible for sales and price negotiation, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their cake requirements for events and occasions.
• Provide personalized cake design consultations and recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.
• Effectively communicate and articulate the unique features and benefits of our custom cakes.
• Present pricing options and negotiate prices with customers, maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure accurate implementation of customer requirements.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire cake ordering process.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, popular designs, and cake decoration techniques to provide expert advice to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and payments.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall business growth.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and empathize with customer needs.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities to effectively close deals and maximize revenue.
• Passion for baking, cakes, and creating memorable experiences for customers.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate translation of customer requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of cake design, decoration, and ingredients is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9400,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
