Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes.
  • Supervision Stock and cold room operations.
  • Provide periodic briefings for the sales team: educate, motivate and guide them.
  • Support team in marketing & Sales activities.
  • Maintain & record sampling & marketing activities periodically.
  • Control outstanding payments by following company guidelines & protocols.
  • Share timely reports and updates with supervisors and management as required.
  • Develop and penetrate new market.
  • Ensure proper record keeping & maintenance of the company asset.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
  • Communicating well with all staff.
Special Skills:
  • Good communication skill, Sincerity to the job, Positive and Creative thinker, responsible, Punctual, and Polite to others.
  • Speaks Hindi, English & Local Language.
Work experience: 1 to 2 Years (FMCG is highly preferred)
Qualification: Graduation (MBA is preferable)
