Handling Inbound domestic calls 20 per day with follow-ups
Go through the tour plan, explain to customers.
Answer Inquiries related to the tour packages.
Attract and closes the sales.
Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destinations, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
Maintain client\xe2\x80\x99s data in Excel.
Skills Required:-
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
Should come with positive attitude, confident and target oriented.
Capable of handling customer calls and explain them in briefly.
Aware little about India geographical map.
Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
