Job Overview We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India. Junior candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Qualifications And Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with the sales process and techniques. Strong negotiation skills to close deals on favorable terms. Good oral communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Roles and Responsibilites Identify New Sales Leads. Must Have Laptop ( Optional) And Own Vehicle Field Sales Prospect For New Clients By Networking. Cold Calling. Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company. Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
