• To effectively manage customer enquiries and convert into sales orders.

• A degree in communication, marketing or social media is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
Must Have

• Good theoretical understanding of the sales funnel.
• Good customer handling and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of computer systems and software like MS Word, Excel and MS Powerpoint
• Should be able to address customer concerns, complaints, questions and sales enquiries via the existing and emerging social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp) and offline/phone calls.
• Good ability to maintain consistent KPI levels personally.

Should Have

• Keenness to learn newer technologies/processes that help achieve team goals.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and be a good team player.

Could Have

• Keenness to learn newer technologies/processes that help achieve team goals.
• Knowledge of any CRM tool (preferably Zoho CRM) to manage the entire CRM process
• Expert level knowledge of MS Excel (especially Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
• Industry knowledge with respect to the wedding/fashion industry.
