• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture .
• Responsibility of achieving deadlines as per clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
• Assignment of tasks through documentations
• Work as a Developer in critical situations
• Set clear team goals
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Monitor team performance and send daily performance reports
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
• Help resolving conflicts in work if any
• Identify and contact potential client.
• Conduct in-depth research on organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities.
• Discovering and tapping into newer markets for sales.
• Coordinate with sales teams and prospective clients.
• Regular follow-ups with potential clients who have shown an interest in our services.
• Maintain sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging a strong bond with the customers.

ELIGIBILITY:
1- Proven work experience as a Team Leader or exceptional experience as a Sales Manager.
2- Should have strong client-building and communication skills.
3- Graduation in business administration/sales or relevant field will be given presence.
4- Candidates should be self-driven and self-motivated.
5- Updated market knowledge and strong negotiation skills.
6- Candidate must have skills such as Team management and convincing skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 20,000.00 per month Schedule:
