JOB DESCRIPTION Role Sales Executive (BPO) Location Thane, Mumbai Shift Morning Shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) Timeline Immediate About Streamline Solutions Streamline Solutions a well-established Accounting Back office based out of Thane, Mumbai having both domestic & international clients, with 20+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in in Accounting & Outsourcing. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, identifying the outsourcing opportunities and scope for potential clients, building relationships, and creating and maintaining an active pipeline for achieving the targets. The role will be responsible for preparation and presentation of tailored solutions to meet potential client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements. KRAs Capability mapping:

  • Understand the current client processes and internal capabilities.
  • Build backoffice solution pitch, with flavours of the specific industries.
Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Understand client needs and present our products/services as solutions to address those needs.
Sales Presentations:
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our services.
  • Tailor presentations to align with the specific requirements and challenges of each client.
Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, to help deal closures.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Negotiation and Closing:
  • Prepare proposals, contracts &pricing structures to prospects.
  • Lead negotiations, address concerns & work towards closing deals.
  • Contract maintenance, compliance and renewals.
Market Awareness:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and market demands.
Candidate Requirements Required:
  • Prior experience in sales and solution role in outsourcing/offshoring industry.
  • Proficiency in drafting presentations, pitch decks.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9360,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9480,000.00 per year Benefits:
