About the company : Elegant Business Square is an upcoming commercial project with a plan of Ground + three floors and two level basement parking. Job profile : Sales Executive Job roles and responsibilities :
- The selected candidate is required to attend the walk in customers at site office.
- Maintaining the data of all the units available.
- Maintaining the data of the payment details for the customers who have booked the units.
- Preparing the agreement for the customers for the registration process.
- Maintaining the invoices file.
- Experience in real estate field.
- Should have knowledge of preparing sale and lease agreements.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products \xe2\x80\x94 Excel, Word, etc.
- Detail oriented and strong communication skills (both written and spoken).
