Sales Executive

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Outdial 50-75 customers on a daily basis
- Build effective relation with customers for upselling and cross selling
- Handle customer queries and explain about the product and offer information
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Knowledge in telesales, telemarketing
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Prior experience in sales tele calling would be preferred
- Education: Min 10+2 or Graduation.
- Must be willing to work from office: (Bengaluru - HSR layout)
