Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Outdial 50-75 customers on a daily basis
  • Build effective relation with customers for upselling and cross selling
  • Handle customer queries and explain about the product and offer information
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Knowledge in telesales, telemarketing
  • Fluency in Hindi and English
  • Prior experience in sales tele calling would be preferred
  • Education: Min 10+2 or Graduation.
  • Must be willing to work from office: (Bengaluru - HSR layout)
UG: Any GraduateSalary: 3 LAKHS to 4 LAKHS PA
