Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Conduct

area/geography mapping

to identify potential customers, channel partners, and referral sources

Generate leads through field visits, partner referrals, and local networks, and follow up to convert into sales.

Clearly communicate product features and benefits via face?to?face presentations, tailored to customer needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners to drive repeat business and referrals.

Ensure completion of loan documentation (KYC, application, eligibility checks), coordinating with internal operations teams.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets; maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer database using CRM tools.

Provide market feedback on competitor activity, customer preferences, and local market trends to inform strategy.

Freshers (0-1 year)



Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Business/Marketing preferred)

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel extensively and work in field conditions

Experienced (1-5 years)



Proven experience in field sales, preferably in Banking / NBFC / Corporate DSA / BFSI sectors

Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of financial products, loan processes, and KYC norms

Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office, plus ability to manage territory independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
