Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and maintaining excellent client relationships. This role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HR services industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other sales-related tools
- Knowledge of the real estate and banking sectors is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate HR solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
