Role: Sales Executive

About the role:

We are looking for a committed, deadline-driven Sales Associate to join our excellent sales team. The sales associate will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include making cold calls, giving product demos, participating in meetings, and achieving assigned targets. You should be able to take instruction but also work unsupervised when required.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify business leads looking for HR tech solutions.
  • Respond to customer queries via mail, chat, or phone within TAT.
  • Set up a demo session with the potential customers to convert them.
  • Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member and completing all assigned tasks.
  • Follow and achieve the companys sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Updating documents and sales records.
  • Go the extra mile to drive sales.
  • Actively seek out customers.
  • Remain knowledgeable about the products offered and discuss available options.
  • Build productive and trusting relationships with customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a sales associate, sales representative, or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • A go-getter with an excellent communication skills.
  • Track record of over-achieving sales targets.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
  • Experience in B2B sales in HR technology would be a plus.
  • A bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or a related field would be a plus.
