2.Rajkot / Bhavnagar / Jamnagar (Saurashtra)
3.Ahmedabad / Vadodara (Central Gujarat)

Educational qualifications: Any graduate or Diploma Engineering with relevant work experience

Work Experience:

1) A first degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant discipline
2) Strong sales track record
3) Sound knowledge of the downstream oil and industry, products and services
4) Sales and Marketing Management skills
5).Communication, Negotiation & Persuasion skills
6) Client service & delivery focus
7) Highly motivated and results driven
5) Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
6) Ability to work independently and under pressure

:
1) Develop sales process and strategy for the market and ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2) Work closely with other divisions to identify opportunities to cross sell lubricants into existing customers.
3) Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
4) Maintain company contact information and document all sales calls,customers visits and business opportunities Coordinate and complete profile information as need.
5) Review, understand and use monthly revenue and receivable reports Maintain daily awareness of sales activities and results and reports to immediate heads.
6) Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
7) Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
8) Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
9) Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
10) Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
11) Maintains sales and activity reports.
12) Adheres to all company policies, procedures, business ethics and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

CTC: 1.80 Lpa To 3.60 Lpa
