Job Overview We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at trademaantra As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Ambala, Haryana, India. and need to cover Chandigarh also. Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sales tools Strong ability to identify new opportunities and convert them into sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Knowledge of the sales process and negotiation techniques Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Roles And Responsibilities Identify New Sales Leads. Must Have Laptop (Optional) And Own Vehicle Field Direct Sales Prospect For New Clients By Networking. Cold Calling. Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company. Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
