Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive for Industrial Leasing. The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, identifying potential clients, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Desired Candidate: Fair understanding of real estate/industrial leasing Proven experience in sales or business development Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Strong presentation and sales pitch skills Target-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
