Sales Executive

Job Description


  • Understand and visit clients to assess their requirements and recommend the most suitable products.
Carry out remote-based fieldwork to connect with clients and understand their needs.

Provide prompt responses to client inquiries via phone calls and email communications.

Utilize effective sales techniques and presentations to convert leads into successful sales.

Foster relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Monitor and report sales orders and payment status regularly.

Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.

Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for review.

Maintain daily sales reports and submit them to the management team.

Requirements
  • Graduate degree is requirement
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Capability to work efficiently under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and Internet usage.

Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Previous experience in the cosmetics or salon industry with a focus on business development, primary sales, and secondary sales.
