DESIGNATION/ TITLE: Executive Sales REPORTING TO: Director NUMBER OF REPORTS: Nil JOB LOCATION: Mumbai HQ OBJECTIVE: To maximize sales through channel sales KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Network Expansion Identifying and creating the retailers & dealers\' network Servicing existing dealer\xe2\x80\x99s network. Participating in Exhibitions. 7 to 10 days (about 1 and a half weeks) travelling in designated area Telephonic coordination and support with customers Order to Delivery. JOB SPECIFICATION YEARS OF EXPERIENCE/AGE Minimum 3 to 4 years in Agricultural Field. QUALIFICATION Preferable: BSc. Agri OR Diploma in Agri OR MBA Agri Inputs Program. Any Graduate with at least 3 years\' experience in doing Channel sales, Retail sales of Agricultural Inputs. TARGET INDUSTRIES Agro-Based Industries / MITCON / Garware School of Agri COMPETENCIES Technical & Strategic: Sales oriented person having knowledge of the market and competitors in the industry. Behavioral Competencies: Excellent communication skills & selling skills Target oriented General Competencies: 100% Computer Proficiency (Worked with CRM planform / teleselling background) COMPENSATION Fix & Variable: From Rs. 25000.00 to Rs. 30000.00 As Fix and Target based incentives.
