Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and inbound inquiries.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
Develop strong, long-term relationships with B2B customers and decision-makers.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable networking and hardware solutions.
Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of networking products (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls), hardware (e.g., servers, workstations, accessories), and support services.
Present products and services effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Attend product training sessions and vendor webinars as required.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in CRM software.
Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
