About the Team: The Oil and gas vertical includes payment of electricity, oil/petrol and gas bills. Predominantly dealing with Petrol and gas stations and other retail business, handling end to end sales and Operations. About the Role: Sales Excellence & Capacity Building for accelerating the core growth metrics focusing on sales & distribution. Key Expectations/ Requirements: . Responsible for identifying areas of growth in various regions and designing and implementing ideas to drive this growth. . Define and implement processes that develop and strengthen the skills, instincts, abilities, of our distribution team to succeed with multiple priorities and changing external environment. . Use Sales data analytics to drive sales effectiveness on ground at the regional/State/Town Level. Develop effective methods and processes to enhance the performance of sales organization. . Lead the annual budget planning in collaboration with sales &marketing teams, to translate into actionable sales & marketing goals. . Identifies and prioritizes sales service improvement opportunities and creates plans for implementation. . Provide data analytics, completion analysis industry mapping etc. . Decision making with respect to annual, monthly and quarterly sales plan & Budget. . Drive goal setting for sales teams in collaboration with sales heads-Region/Zone/Product wise. . Take an active role in the adoption of technology to automate periodic reports related to sales KPI and achievement. . Personally interact with stakeholders like sales team, channel partners etc. to gather information on industry developments and identify opportunities and measure the field\'s pulse. . Identify best practices across industry and identify gaps so as to develop the \'LPL WAY \'of sales & Marketing across different levels of sales organization. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: . Ability to lead and influence large groups of people. . Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills . Sales excellence should have worked in sales for 2 years in a recognized FMCG company.
