What a typical day looks like: Close collaboration with the business units, seek inputs and bring in efficacy through process optimizations. Gathers and analyzes company data and market research, to identify business opportunities. Drive best practices to enable impactful results from all Business Units. Help solve internal problems and implement goal-oriented strategies Be versatile to use different technologies & automation and leverage governance for solutions using analytics. Jointly own, Coordinate & drive the with Sales Excellence Learning team members to manage the SAAS platform Generate reporting to inform the business on progress in seller development and sales materials utilization. Be a business analyst of sorts by close collaboration with the Flex Business Systems (FBS) to translate needs into technical requirements and then manage delivery deadlines for new features and functionality in our CRM platform. The experience we\'re looking to add to our team: 3-7+ years of relevant experience required (operations, enablement, project or program management, reporting & communications) Strong business acumen, Consulting, and project management skills, Use automation and tools to streamline change management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is required Domain experience in any fields such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, HR, etc. Demonstrated Business Operations analytical expertise, including the ability to synthe complex data, effectively manage complex analyses, and understand of opportunities and limitations of analytical techniques, Leverage a change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
