Job Description

Technical Expertise:

Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's technical products or services to effectively explain features and benefits.

Customer Needs Assessment:

Meet with clients and engineers to understand their requirements and identify how the product can solve their problems.

Solution Development:

Design and propose customized technical solutions tailored to meet client needs.

Product Demonstrations:

Deliver powerful and engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase capabilities.

Sales Support:

Provide technical assistance to the sales team, answer complex technical questions, and help with technical aspects of bids and proposals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster trust and loyalty.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Act as a liaison between sales, product development, and R&D teams to provide customer feedback and inform product improvements.

Market Intelligence:

Gather competitive intelligence and conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
