Your Impact

This position will be responsible for meeting company sales & market share goals in India through sales to original equipment manufacturers and end customers. They will penetrate targeted customers, develop customer profiles, and create opportunities with existing clients and new prospects. The Sales Engineer will also take the lead at major Key OEM accounts and Utility customers to grow the business for basic sensors.

Here's where you'll demonstrate your proficiencies:

  • Drive Key account management in the assigned territory and achieve regional targets for Orders & Sales
  • Management of existing sales distributors and expansion of dealer networks
  • Coordinating with the Product Managers and factories for order booking and shipment coordination
  • Working with customers to collect payments on time
  • Participation in Exhibitions, Demonstration and other customer and market related activities.
Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial automation, Mechanical or other related fields
  • Strong sales experience in Factory/Industrial automation sales.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of applications in Condition monitoring of Electrical Assets. Preference for candidates with direct experience selling products in the Power Sector with OEMs and Utility Customers.
  • Demonstrated drive and success to successfully achieve revenue targets, grow market share, and work with customers to show a need for our products.
  • Strong, confidence-inspiring personality and Fluent in English
  • Ability to cope with pressure as well as flexibility or mobility for frequent traveling
