Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Explore and target new markets in the agricultural segment
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, farmers, and contractors
Achieve sales targets and support business expansion
Technical Expertise & Demonstrations
Showcase auto-steering and land-levelling systems to customers
Guide them on product selection, installation, and effective usage
Keep track of the latest precision agriculture technologies
Customer Support & Training
Conduct product training sessions
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries
Coordinate with the service team for faster issue resolution
Skills Required:
Understanding of precision farming tools (auto steering, land levelling)
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving approach
Self-driven and comfortable with extensive travel
Knowledge of GPS systems, laser levelling, or agri-tech is a bonus
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. in Engineering (relevant fields)
