Sales Development Representative Mandatory Skills : Lead Generation, Inbound & Outbound calling experience, CRM tool experience, Inside sales.Project Experience : International calling experience.Responsibilities : - Leads will be assigned to SDRs; they will also be assigned to generate their own leads- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM- SDR's primary responsibility will be to fix appointments with the decision-making authorities- They will be the primary point of contact for any deals that they run, starting from Appointment fixing until deal closure- All client coordination will be handled by the SDRs- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients- Maintaining all records on HubSpot CRM and adhering to compliance- Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly quota of qualified opportunities- Calling Experience is a must, can be either inbound or outbound- Geography dealt: North America and the UK- Willing to work 9 hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM- Exposure to any of the following CRM tools HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or FreshSales (ref:updazz.com)
