Job Description

Join our team helping businesses transform with SAP Business One, Zoho, and Spine HRMS solutions.

Target: CFO, CIO, Director-C-level leaders in Manufacturing, Food Processing, FMCG, Distribution, Retail & Services. 50-60 calls, 20 personalized emails, and 20-30 LinkedIn touches daily. Goal: 6-8 qualified meetings monthly (ERP/HRMS/CRM demos). Pipeline: Generate 2-4 qualified opportunities monthly (high-value ERP deals). Stakeholder engagement: Build relationships with 5+ new decision-makers weekly.

What You'll Do



Prospect, and engage with C-level leaders in SMBs and mid-market firms. Qualify leads and schedule discovery/demos for our solution experts. Collaborate with marketing on inbound campaigns and industry events. Track outreach and pipeline in Zoho CRM.

What We're Looking For



1-3 years of SDR/BDR experience (preferably in ERP/CRM/IT services). Excellent communication skills (phone, email, LinkedIn). Curiosity, persistence, and ability to engage senior decision-makers. Comfort with targets and metrics-driven work.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
