We are looking for outgoing and dedicated Insurance Sales Representative who is interested in a rewarding career in insurance sales.Responsibilities :- Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.- Meeting sales/revenue targets as set by the Sales head.- To recruit train & develop a team of insurance agent to create business opportunity- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.- Monitor and review agents\' performance.
