Job Description
Responsible for :- Agent Recruitment- Agent Development- Meet Business targets- Customer CentricityDeliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process :- Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals- Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company- Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved- Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs- Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAs in the team and used effectively to motivate and help the team perform- Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs- Track customer proposals through to conversionRequirements :\xc2\xa0- Age 25 - 40 yrs- Any graduation- Presently working- 2 years of field sales experience- Staying in the same city for more than 2 years- Good stability.- Should be from a structured organization with proper documents & salary proof.- Salary up to 12LPADivya\xc2\xa09994340369 (ref:updazz.com)
