Role Overview



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales and business development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, coordinating with clients, preparing proposals, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Client Coordination



Manage incoming inquiries through calls, email, WhatsApp, and website leads. Qualify leads and assign them to appropriate sales executives. Maintain timely communication with prospects and existing customers. Follow up with clients on demos, proposals, and feedback.

Sales Support & Operations



Prepare quotations, proposals, and product information documents. Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, opportunities, follow-ups). Coordinate demo schedules, client meetings, and onboarding updates. Track sales metrics and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports.

Internal Collaboration



Work closely with sales executives, technical teams, and customer support. Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to project/delivery teams. Assist the marketing team with campaigns, webinars, and lead nurturing activities.

Administrative Responsibilities



Maintain documentation related to sales, agreements, and client communications. Handle client onboarding tasks like account creation, document verification, and system access. Support the sales manager with operational tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent field.

1-3 years

of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, or Customer Support roles. Strong communication skills (English & regional languages). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent). Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have



Experience in SaaS, POS, or IT product sales. Knowledge of basic sales processes, funnels, and lead management. Familiarity with ERP or software products. Social media or digital marketing support skills.

Soft Skills



Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent customer-handling and coordination abilities. High attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to work independently and take ownership. Team player with a positive attitude.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
