Detailed Responsibilities
? Lead Generation
Collect and collate data of prospective customers. Source information through public domain. Generate leads through various means like online research, social media, or net surfing.
? Lead Qualification: Validate the data. Support sales team to qualify the leads.
? Building relationships:
Responsible for building rapport with prospects and establishing trust.
? Update CRM application: Maintain accurate and detailed records of each call, including outcomes and any relevant information.
? Following UP: Responsible for scheduling follow-up calls, sending information, or setting appointments for the sales team to close the deal.

? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
