Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties Technical selection for all types of KSB pumps & valves/ABB motors
Place orders for respective products throughout the year.
Make offers and proforma of Pump, valves etc.
Submission of GIPCL tender for pump & valves.
Purchase entry for ordered KSB pumps & valves/ABB motors.
Check mails and handle queries of customers.
Attend online auctions.
Regularly check GSML portal and maintain the same.
Take folllow-ups for ordered pumps, valves & motors.
Do LR and courier and send dispatch details. Secondary Responsibilities: 1) Take follow-ups for ordered products
2) Done LR & couriers & sent dispatch details
3) Give training for KSB software to the new employees for pump selection & order booking Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Experience : Minimum 6 mos of experience in Documentation work (preferably in industrial products)
Qualification : Diploma-Mechanical / B.E. (Mechanical) / M.E. (Mechanical)
Good communication skill
