Job Role & Responsibilities

Making daily calls to new customers & introducing, promoting our products & getting enquiry.

Schedule meetings for our sales Team for personnel visits.

Social media promotion & various brands.

Coordinate with various customers, suppliers, team & warehouse.

Promote COLO on all platforms -- GOVT bids / private etc.

Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling inquiry & orders by phone.

Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

Managing pan India delivery (Address verification, documentation & POD submission)

Meeting alignment with customer & supplier.

Maintaining MIS report customer wise.

Managing and executing sales and purchase related activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
