Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
Understand customer travel requirements and suggest appropriate holiday packages
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, travel partners, and DMCs to arrange bookings
Prepare quotations, itineraries, price breakdowns & invoices
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
Maintain customer records, booking details, and sales reports
Assist clients with documentation, payments, and pre/post travel support
Ensure exceptional customer service and smooth travel experience
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for travel, sales & customer service
Knowledge of destinations and holiday packages (training will be provided)
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
Strong negotiation, multitasking & problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline
Freshers with interest in travel can apply
Internship / experience in travel & tourism is an added advantage
Location Preference:
Candidate must be from in and around Athani / Nedumbassery or within a 10 km radius to ensure easy daily commute.
