Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team with potential clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, technical, and finance for order processing and delivery.
Track sales leads, follow up with clients, and ensure timely responses.
Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Handle client inquiries professionally and provide appropriate information or escalation when needed.
Prepare regular sales performance and pipeline reports for management review.
Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams for successful project execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the IT / System Integration industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of IT products, networking solutions, and system integration services.
Experience in preparing technical or commercial proposals.
Strong follow-up and client coordination skills.
