3) RESPONSIBLE FOR SENDING QUOTE OF THE CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS.
4) IDENTIFY AND CONVERTING COMPETITORS CLIENTS.
5) PAYMENT COLLECTION FROM CUSTOMER
6) RECOVERING LOST CLIENT BY MEETING THEM PERSONALLY
7) COORDINATING WITH SERVICE TEAM FOR INSTALLATION AND SERVICE.
8) MAINTAINING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP BY GIVING GOOD EXPERIENCE
9) GATHER FEEDBACK WITH EXISTING/NEW CLIENTS AND SHARING IT WITH SALES HEAD.
10) REGULAR MARKET STUDY - LIKE WHAT CUSTOMER ACTUALLY NEED AND THE NEW PRODUCTS.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
1) To assist in managing health and safety systems at all times during field visit to the customer point.
2) Develop and update the customer experience program across store personal to maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
3) Helping develop business strategies to raise business.
