Job Description

Lead Generation & Follow-Up



? Make outbound cold calls to potential distributors, resellers, schools, craft stores, and corporate clients.

? Handle inbound inquiries from website, social media, and other platforms.

? Conduct regular follow-ups with warm and active leads.

? Qualify leads based on requirements, budgets, and potential.

CRM & Data Management



? Maintain and update CRM with all lead details, call notes, and follow-up schedules.

? Organize and track leads: new, in-progress, hot, follow-up pending, and closed.

? Generate weekly reports on lead status and follow-up progress.

Order Processing & Coordination

? Prepare sales orders, quotations, and proforma invoices.

? Coordinate internally with warehouse, accounts, and production teams for stock, billing, and dispatch.

? Ensure order processing accuracy and timely delivery to customers.

? Share tracking details and updates with customers.

Sales Support Activities



? Assist in sending product catalogs, pricing, samples, and product information.

? Help maintain updated price lists, distributor lists, and product sheets.

? Manage WhatsApp/Email communication with existing and new customers.

Distributor & Client Coordination



? Follow up with existing distributors for repeat orders and payments.

? Assist in onboarding new distributors (documents collection, basic coordination).

? Schedule client calls, meetings, and maintain calendar reminders for the Sales Manager.

Reporting & Documentation



? Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and follow-up reports.

? Maintain records of inquiries, quotations issued, orders processed, and dispatch updates.

? Support with basic data analysis for sales planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications



? 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, tele sales, or customer support.

? Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Gujarati preferred).

? Strong follow-up skills and confidence on phone calls.

? Good command over MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and Email.

? Ability to manage multiple tasks with proper organization and discipline.

? Fast learner with positive attitude.
