Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



Manage sales-related documentation, order entries, and dispatch coordination to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Update and maintain client records and activities in the CRM system. Assist the sales team with scheduling client meetings, preparing quotations, and follow-up communication. Coordinate with internal departments like finance, logistics, and inventory to streamline invoicing, product availability, and delivery. Prepare regular reports on order status, client feedback, and sales performance metrics.

Skills:



Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and CRM software. Data Analyst with knowledge of SQL, python & power BI. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline. Degree or diploma course in data analytics.

Experience:

3-4 years of experience in data analytics, sales support and administrative coordination, preferably in the diamond or jewelry industry.

Preferred Industry:

Experience in Diamond Industry.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
