What defines You the Best
Bachelors of Business administration (BBA) or equivalent
2+ years of experience in sales support, preferably in SaaS or EdTech domains.
Skills

Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales tools
Good organizational and time management skills
Good documentation and analytical skills; good with numbers and reporting

What will you Own
As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible to ensure seamless coordination between the sales teams, internal departments, and external stakeholders. You will manage CRM updates, track partner pipelines, support documentation and proposal workflows, and assist in organizing partner enablement activities. Your role involves maintaining accurate sales data, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
How will you spend your time at Eclat
Handling the CRM tool:
Managing the CRM, maintaining the lead pipeline by coordinating amongst the sales team, ensuring follow-ups are being updated properly from the lead generation to the won / lost stage.
Data analytics:
Creating dashboards, generating reports , analysing data to plan the road map ahead.
Documentation:
Assist in drafting and managing proposals, renewal documentation, and commercial terms.
Managing Marketing Collaterals:
Manage marketing collateral inventory, coordinate for region-specific requirements, and ensure timely distribution to channel partners for exhibitions and other needs.
Support Point of Contact:
Serve as the single point of contact for the entire sales team, efficiently handling all sales support activities and ensuring quick turnaround on their requirements.
Partner Enablement:
Support partner engagement by coordinating enablement activities, managing deal flow and CRM updates, collaborating on go-to-market initiatives, tracking sales performance, and serving as the primary contact for partner communication and satisfaction.
