Client: A Leading D2C baby product brand was founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Company is having annual turnover of around 200 Crs & employee strength of 200 employees & they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website & online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other leading online & offline platforms.
Job Title -Sales Coordinator
Working days and timings - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Location - Ahmedabad
Experience: - 6-8 years
Salary: INR 35000-45000
Qualification - Graduate
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Inventory Data Management:

Maintain and update sales records, monitor inventory levels, and ensure data accuracy across systems. * Product Listing & Image Management:
Upload and manage product listings and images on various channel partner platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. * Portal Monitoring:
Conduct regular check across all online portals to ensure product visibility, pricing, and listing accuracy. * Order Coordination & Dispatch Management:
Coordinate with warehouses, logistics teams, transporters and channel partners POC (Modern Trade & Quick Commerce) to manage order dispatches, appointments, and escalations as needed. * Returns & Follow-Ups:
Follow up on product deliveries and returns with relevant channel partners to ensure timely closures. * New Account Onboarding:
Assist in onboarding new accounts by collecting and managing required details and documentation. * Reporting:
Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports for internal stakeholders and management. * Cross-Functional Coordination:
Liaise closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly.
