Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day sales and activities through
  • Assist sales department and sales team with all sales department needs, run reports for Management, participate and attend sales calls, and support sales department associates to ensure all sales files, and necessary documents are complete, compliant, and close successfully.
  • Coordinate with zonal head and sales team for day-to-day reporting
  • Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets
  • Visit market to understand requirement of clients
  • Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis as instructed by the Directors
  • Input new sales inquiries into the company's database
  • Support field team to get data of product availability
  • Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings
  • Ensure to get timely reimbursement to sales team
  • Collect Project Journey plan daily & Weekly
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Managing budgets for expenses like bonuses, marketing, and travel.
  • Manage day to day status of key customer orders keeping delivery dates accurate and updating colleagues on status.
  • Share the stock availability details with management team and prepare production plan accordingly
  • Perform task as per allocated by reporting manager and authorities.
Requirements:
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Minimum 1 Year of experience in Sales
  • Basic understanding in computer
