Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Conduct client meetings to understand their IT requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's IT products, software, hardware, and service offerings.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver product demonstrations and solutions.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and support implementation where necessary.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain detailed CRM records of client interactions, proposals, and pipeline status.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to build brand awareness and generate leads.
