Job Purpose
- Conducting Financial Awareness workshops in designated geographies
- Design and deliver learning interventions to create responsible and purpose driven partners
- Joint field work with the onboarded Business Partners to close on prospective lead
- Create innovative content for the variable resource to be aware of the features of products
- Responsible for ensuring no mis selling happens on the field
- Provide constructive feedback to create positive reinforcement in the variable workforce
