Job Purpose
Conducting Financial Awareness workshops in designated geographies
Design and deliver learning interventions to create responsible and purpose driven partners
Joint field work with the onboarded Business Partners to close on prospective lead
Create innovative content for the variable resource to be aware of the features of products
Responsible for ensuring no mis selling happens on the field
Provide constructive feedback to create positive reinforcement in the variable workforce
Minimum Experience Level
7 - 14 years
